The youth members from Black Hills Rapids will proudly deliver, set up, and take down a patriotic Avenue of Flags display along the curbside of your residence and/or business on 1 of these 3 federal holidays over the next 12 months (Memorial Day 2025, Independence Day 2025 or Labor Day 2025).  The selected Veterans Organization will store the patriotic Avenue of Flags displays for Black Hills Rapids until the next identified federal holiday delivery and display time.

With your Stars and Stripes Avenue of Flags Club Membership, you will receive a patriotic Avenue of Flags Club display featuring 2 - 8" x 12" American Flags on a portable flag stand that the youth organization that you are supporting will proudly display at your residence and/or business on 1 of these 3 federal holidays over the next 12 months (Memorial Day 2025, Independence Day 2025 or Labor Day 2025).  In addition, you will receive an Avenue of Flags Club membership card that includes a $50 gift card package that you can use to shop and save at a variety of local businesses in your community.
